I ran out of Christmas gift ideas.

Christmas vacation is nearing and of course, we can’t avoid those christmas parties but I have this problem–I don’t know what to give anymore! From keychains to cellphone straps, from modern school supplies to classic thingamajiggs, from the gift factory to comic alley, from WTC’s christmas bazzar to Greenhills..Ugh! I don’t know!!

It is less than a week before our Christmas party and our so-called barkada christmas party, and I think they have ideas for what they are going to give but me? I’m hopeless. Anyway, let us site some few commonly given Christmas gifts for.. uhm. Christmas. and a few ideas for you too!

1.) Picture Frames
These things are so common. Usually, you can receive at least one of these. Your friend really wanted to keep your memories forever.

2.) Candles
Ahh. Different sizes, different designs. From small ones to large ones, that friend of yours really wanted you to celebrate Christmas solemnly..(I advice you to use those candles for next year’s Cemetery visit!)

3.) Keychains
Ahh. Little thoughts in square frames, your favorite anime characters, even small teddy bears! It is so cute, and so easy to lose.=)

4.) Handkerchiefs/Bandanas
My goodness! People use those at least 5 times a day! Don’t you think adding another one in their cabinet just don’t make up a logical situation?

5.) Towels/Hand Towels
Spongebob, Pooh, the Batman… any character from that character shop for the sake of giving gifts. This is the gift that can make you depressed.

6.) Stuffed Toys
I think people can accept those. Who wouldn’t resist fainting from being in the state of gigil? ME! Well, this gifts are not easy to lost. Few people told me that stuffed toys survives for years.

7.) Those Small Red Envelopes (Am-Pao’s)
Teenagers, especially me, love getting those! Especially when the inside is golden, crispy, and is shining. But don’t let that beautiful design fool you! Some of them includes 50’s… or worse… 20’s.

And that is a lowdown of some commonly given gifts every christmas, now that you read about it, what are you going to give this Christmas? There are a lot more ideas. Be open-minded, let ideas struck you… and hopefully those ideas are not dull and boring.

And me? I still don’t know. But I hope what I can give this Christmas will never leave the heart of the person given the gift.

Or maybe, just being with your friends and you family on Christmas is the best gift ever received right(or maybe just an excuse?)?

Well, no matter what gift you receive, enjoy it, and remember the effort given by the err.. giver. No matter how expensive it is, or how pathetically cheap, embrace it and of course, be happy with it.

Have a merry christmas, guys! ‘Til next time.
