THE MONLAYA CONSTRUCTION is a wholly Filipino owned firm which provides design, estimates, supplies of construction materials, rehabilitation and construction works to government agencies and private clients. It is duly organized under the laws of Republic of the Philippines, under the management of Julius Cesar R. Nañadiego, General Manager and Managing Partner of Rollinzon Builders Co. with Corazon S. Nañadiego, Estelita Muñoz as Managing Partners since July 20 of 1999.With primary goal of further enhancing the quality of service and honing up the expertise, Mr. Nañadiego decided to establish MONLAYA CONSTRUCTION , a sole proprietorship engage mainly in construction works and supplies of construction materials. Presently it employs around 30 personnels, mostly steelmen, carpenters, masons, electricians, drivers, sales agents, plumbers, engineers, architects who have already attained the fullest measures of professional maturity and competence through years of valuable experience.
